Cardiff Lane

Cosgrove Electrical are currently working a residential block in Cardiff Lane for Walls Construction. It’s a significant city centre development measuring approximately 17,000m2, in the prime business district of Dublin 2. The project involves the replacement of existing warehouse buildings and the construction of two 6 and 7 storey blocks.

When construction is complete the development will provide one commercial and one residential building with high grade residential units and office space. The western block is residential and comprises of 56 apartments where we will begin work this year. The proposed development is of high design quality in line with the surrounding Grand Canal Dock area.

Cosgrove Electrical services will begin work to Phase 3 of the Clancy Quay Project for John Paul Construction as the main contractor. The development will be made up of 246 apartments over 5 blocks of apartments and 1 block of mews over a ground floor car park.

UCD currently has a student residential accommodation portfolio which extends to approximately 3,179 no. bed spaces on the campus. UCD’s proposed development will increase student residential accommodation by 3,006 no. bed spaces, and provide ancillary and complementary facilities to create a living campus community.

At the centre of the development is the student facility centre, (Fulcrum Building), comprising of a 290 seat auditorium, a restaurant, 5no. Retail units, a gymnasium and a health & wellbeing centre, meeting rooms and office accommodation. Above the student centre the Fulcrum Building comprises of a five storey residential block which contains 60 no. studio apartments.

Cosgrove Electrical Services have commenced work for JJ Rhatigan & Co on The Fulcrum Building.

Cosgrove Electrical Services are currently working on Project Trinity, Ballsbridge to include 2 basement levels and 215 exclusive apartments in a pavilion-style development on Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4.
