The development encompasses a new Sports Centre and interconnection to the existing buildings and associated external works on campus. The Sports Centre contains a swimming pool, changing areas, sports hall and staff office/training areas. The building is served by a rainwater harvesting system and was also designed to maximize the use of natural ventilation were possible, in addition to system selections based on energy efficiency in all areas of the development.
